Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FlowGenie website (flowgenietech.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

FlowGenie provides AI automation consulting, custom AI agent development, MCP server integrations, and Zoho platform implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any consulting engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal prior to commencement of work.

FlowGenie also offers the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent, a subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that analyses your Google Ads account and delivers monthly optimisation reports. Use of that product is additionally governed by Section 3 below.

3. Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent (Google Ads Analysis)

The Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent is a subscription SaaS product that connects to your Google Ads account, with your authorisation, to analyse your advertising performance and provide optimisation recommendations and strategy as an in-app dashboard, a branded PDF, and an email. By connecting your account and subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Read-only access. You grant the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent read-only access to your Google Ads data via Google OAuth. The product analyses and recommends only — it does not create, edit, pause, or otherwise modify your campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, or any setting in your Google Ads account. You remain in full control of your account, and you are solely responsible for any changes you choose to make.
  • Advisory nature. The analysis and recommendations are informational and advisory. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific performance, savings, or conversion outcome is guaranteed.
  • Your authorisations. You represent that you are authorised to connect the Google Ads account you link and to permit this analysis, and that your use complies with Google’s applicable terms and policies.
  • Subscription and pricing. The Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent is a paid monthly subscription with a flat fee of USD $150 per month per Google Ads account. One subscription covers one Google Ads account; if you want us to analyse additional Google Ads accounts, that is available by arrangement (each account is its own subscription). New signups start with a 30-day free trial. Billing cadence, the free trial, automatic renewal, and cancellation are set out in Sections 4–6 (Billing & Subscription, Refund & Cancellation, and Automatic Renewal) below. You may cancel and disconnect your Google Ads account at any time.
  • Data handling. Our access, use, storage, and retention of your Google Ads data are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Billing & Subscription (Subscription Services)

These terms apply to all paid subscription services we offer (each a “Subscription Service”), including the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent. The plan and price for each Subscription Service are shown for that service at the time you subscribe. Each Subscription Service is sold by Flowgenie Technologies Private Limited, who is the merchant of record for your subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (currently PayPal).

  • Price. The fee for a Subscription Service is the amount shown for that service when you subscribe, charged in United States Dollars unless stated otherwise. (For example, the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent is a flat USD $150 per month per Google Ads account.) Applicable taxes, if any, may be added.
  • 30-day free trial. New signups start with a 30-day free trial that begins on the day you sign up. During the trial you have full access at no charge. After the trial ends, continued access to the Subscription Service requires an active paid subscription.
  • Billed in advance on your billing date. Each month is billed in advance — you pay for the month ahead. Your billing date is the day your 30-day free trial ends, and your payment method is charged on that date each month thereafter. Subscriptions are not billed on the 1st of the calendar month.
  • When you are first charged. If you start during your free trial, your first payment is taken on the day the 30-day trial ends, and on that same date each month thereafter. If you subscribe after your trial has already expired, you are charged for the month ahead immediately when you subscribe, and then on that same date each month thereafter.
  • Automatic monthly renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each month on your billing date, and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly fee until you cancel. See Section 6 for the automatic-renewal disclosure.
  • Accepted payment methods. Subscriptions are paid through our third-party payment providers (currently PayPal) and require a PayPal account, which may be funded with a debit or credit card. Card details are held by the payment provider; Flowgenie does not receive or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment is received.
  • Invoices & receipts. A receipt for each payment is available to download from within your account.

5. Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription to any Subscription Service at any time from within your account. The following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • Access until period end. After you cancel, you keep access to the service until the end of that paid month. Your subscription then ends and you will not be charged again.
  • No mid-month or pro-rated refunds. Monthly fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial, mid-month, or pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a paid month once that month has been charged.

This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.

6. Automatic Renewal

We want the recurring nature of your subscription to be completely clear. By subscribing to a Subscription Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recurring charge. Your subscription is a continuous, automatically renewing service. We will charge the monthly fee shown for your Subscription Service to your payment method each month, on your billing date (the day your free trial ended, or the day you subscribed if you joined after the trial), until you cancel (for the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent, USD $150 per month per Google Ads account).
  • Ongoing until cancelled. Renewal continues indefinitely, once per month, until you cancel your subscription.
  • Easy cancellation. You can cancel at any time, online, from within your account settings — the same way you signed up. No phone call or email is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month (see Section 5).
  • Renewal reminders. We will send billing and renewal notices to the email address associated with your account, including a receipt for each charge, so you are kept informed of upcoming and completed renewals.

7. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of FlowGenie or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

For client projects, intellectual property arrangements (ownership of deliverables, source code, etc.) are defined in the individual project agreement or statement of work.

9. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Results from AI automation implementations vary depending on business context, data quality, and other factors. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Upwork, LinkedIn, Zoho). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

12. Payment and Refunds (Consulting Engagements)

For consulting and custom-development engagements (as distinct from the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent subscription covered in Sections 4–6), payment terms, milestone schedules, and refund conditions are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits paid to commence work are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Flowgenie website and the Flowgenie Marketing AI Agent are operated by Flowgenie Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
